Cranbrook School in mourning over the loss of two former students on their gap year

Freddie was a most likeable young man who was a true leader in the making. He led his Day House with great skill and tact and was admired by staff and students alike for his maturity. Freddie’s former Head of House speaks particularly highly of him, praising his natural leadership skills and commitment to the role, as well as his good humour and compassionate nature. He was also an exemplary student who achieved exceptionally highly in our Sixth Form.

Joe was an equally popular student who was a scholar in the making. He was particularly well-liked in his Day House and led by example in his commitment to his studies. Joe’s former Head of House speaks particularly highly of him, praising his positive influence, his cheerful manner and remembering his fanatical support for Manchester City.

We share the grief of the families at their tragic loss and offer them our sincerest condolences.
