Cranbrook School

Exam Information

This section provides information with regards to exam timetables, and results for both GCSE and GCEs (A-levels).
Visit https://www.compare-school-performance.service.gov.uk/ to compare our results against other schools. Note: these statistics are not available for 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid pandemic.

For further information on previous years performance and clarification on the different measures used, please look at the performance data presented on the Department of Education’s School Performance Tables. Cranbrook School does not receive a Progress 8 score, and therefore the School will not feature in any of the associated league tables. This performance measure shows how much progress pupils at this school made between the end of key stage 2 and the end of key stage 4, compared to pupils across England, who achieved similar results at the end of key stage 2. As typically less than 50% of our Year 11 students have sat KS2 exams, there is not sufficient data for us to receive a Progress 8 score. However, Cranbrook School is extremely proud of the progress of all our students. Our Year 11 and Year 13 students annually outperform CAT and ALPs targets.  Please see link here to the JCQ website where you can access useful guidance and regulations for exams and non-exam assessments.
