Cranbrook School - Respect Aspire Achieve

Year 7 Swim Squad in Margate

We managed to put together two Squads of Year 7 swimmers in less than two weeks to race against other Kent Secondary Schools in a tough competition.  They were amazing.

This is what the students said:

“I loved the experience of the teamwork and going to a competition together.”

“I really enjoyed competing with the Cranbrook swimming team despite being nervous. We tried our best and it was a fun experience. I would do it again given the choice.”

“I was proud to be able to represent Cranbrook for the first time at the Kent Secondary Schools Relay competition in Margate”

We are now keen to open up interest to all years to help us identify other competitive swimmers across all year groups who are keen to get involved in swimming for the individual KSS competition on 12 January 2019 and represent Cranbrook School. This is a competitive event, so if anyone would like to talk with Clodagh and Jan, just drop them an email.

If you are interested, please get in touch with Jan or Clodagh (year 7 parents)

Jan Annan: Jan.Annan@hotmail.co.uk and Clodagh Norton: clodagh@eyestylist.com

If there are any parents who also would like to support, please get in touch also.
