PE Challenges

Day 1: Shooting Challenge: if you have a hoop. Shoot 100 and check your %. Shoot from varied distances and angles otherwise it’s boring!! Mrs C – 68% today. More practising required… have time. 😬

The Body Coach

Joe Wicks runs a YouTube channel and facilitates a PE lesson live every weekday morning from 9:00am. The workout lasts for 30 minutes and is great fun for the whole family. All the livestreams are uploaded and available afterwards.
