Cranbrook School - Respect Aspire Achieve

Update from the School’s Equestrian Team

After a difficult few months for the School’s equestrian team, (unwell horses, new horses and lack of events has made it tough on the riders training at home) the season is now back up and running, so hopefully things will get back to normal with numerous events being planned for the next few months.

The NSEA organised a number of online dressage competitions during lockdown the most recent was also a qualifier for the National Championships in October. Aidan McGinley, Hope Rutter and Floss Shimmin all took part and delighted to say they all did some super tests in difficult situations with Aidan and Mr Skips bringing home 4th in a tightly contested section qualifying him for the Championships.  We hope Aidan will be joined by others as the season progresses.

Well done to all!

Good luck for the forthcoming eventers challenge and show jumping over the Easter holidays.
