Cornwallis student hits his 50th Park Run

We all know how difficult it is to stick to an exercise regime; one bad day, one rain cloud or dodgy knee, and it’s easy to just put it off till next week – or next never! But for Vincent Ho in Year 13, giving up when the going gets tough was never an option, and on Saturday 15th June, he hit a fantastic milestone at Park Run, an organised 5k fun-run that happens weekly at the local Bedgebury Pinetum.

Of all the students that partake in Park Run (which is not an easy course, with plenty of hills and muddy pathways), Vincent is the first to get to 50 and this is an excellent personal achievement. We hope that he inspires more (staff as well as fellow students!) to join in and stay fit in the process.

Congratulations!
