Academic Life

At Cranbrook, we track our students’ progress by their academic development, personal well-being, and gradual transition to adulthood across the teenage years. The wider world, however, uses more prosaic measures – exam results.

Although we do not believe in hot-house methods, our success in this sphere stands scrutiny alongside the best in the country – and we are proud that Cranbrook is consistently placed among the best schools in England and, as a result, pupils secure places at the very best universities

Cranbrook School has enjoyed consistent, top-tier exam success in recent years.

Cranbrook students are taught to think for themselves and they are encouraged to use the student portal where they are able to access revision guides, subject notes/links and exam resources. Equally parents are also encouraged to support their offspring during their time at Cranbrook: full details on exam specifications can be obtained from Exams Office downloads, under Departments by subject, and parents are able to access course notes within the secure school portal.
