Cranbrook School - Respect Aspire Achieve

Extra-Curricular

At Cranbrook we believe in stretching our students’ minds inside and outside the classroom – ensuring that their formative experiences are not just confined to a whiteboard, textbook or computer screen. With that in mind, we invest heavily in a broad range of extra-curricular activities.

Our core programme embraces CCF, Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, public speaking and community & charity initiatives.  On top of these, numerous societies cater for student interests outside teaching hours. These include book clubs, dance classes, all forms of performance arts, young enterprise groups and environmental studies as well as long-time favourites such as chess, robotics, riding and cookery.

Additionally, in the belief that travel genuinely broadens the mind, we are committed to organising overseas trips to cater for a variety of voluntary-aid, educational or sporting interests.

Please see the download section for a list of current clubs and activities.
