75th Anniversary of VE Day
On Friday 8th May, the 75th anniversary of VE Day, we had hoped to bring our whole school community together to commemorate the sacrifice of the 72 Old Cranbrookians known to have died in WWII. Due to the current lockdown restrictions, we sadly cannot meet in person to pay our respects as we traditionally would, so instead we have come together virtually.
Students, OCs and CCF staff have created a roll of honour and Lynx has produced a special VE Day edition to share a few small glimpses into the lives and war-time careers of those who died, as well as to tell the stories of war heroes educated at Cranbrook.
The VE Day edition of Lynx is available to view here.
