Krispy Kreme sale raises funds for Children’s Magical Taxi Tour

Cranbrook School students are raising money to sponsor a taxi cab with the Children’s Magical Taxi Tour charity 2018. This annual trip is organised by London Cabs to take children with life threatening illnesses to Eurodisney for a fantastic three day trip. The trip begins with a special breakfast at Canary Wharf and a fanfare start with a lot of media interest. The convoy with cabs and medical support  can be three miles long and it is given a police escort to Paris with general traffic halted as it moves along the motorways. The children have a fantastic trip at Eurodisney with special dinners and tickets for the rides.

This charity has a very special meaning to Cranbrook because Logan Russell (son of Dennis and Sharon, who are both members of staff) was invited on the trip when he was being treated for cancer.

The Charity Committee organised a Krispy Kreme Friday last week and raised £571.00.  Other events will add to this and raise the £1400.00 needed to sponsor a cab in 2018.
