Student studying in library

Sixth Form Courses

One of the key aims in the Sixth Form is to develop students as independent and lifelong learners, carefully managing the transition from the highly structured nature of Year 11 in preparation for higher education and beyond.

Most Sixth Formers at Cranbrook School study four or five subjects in the first year, carrying at least three of these through to A level in Year 13 – their final one at the school.

“The broad range of courses on offer meets students’ needs exceptionally well”

Please see the download section for the current course guide.  The 2017/18 course guide will be published in due course, however, the subjects on offer are sure to be the same as in the 2016/17 guide.  We are also incredibly excited about our blossoming partnership with High Weald Academy – our Sixth Formers are able to study Psychology, PE and Business Studies at this location.
