Cranbrook younger pupils

Day Houses

We have six single-sex day Houses at Cranbrook, each made up of 80-90 students across the 13 to 18-year-old age range. (Years 9 to 13 in Curriculum terms.)

The Houses are broadly organised on a ‘geographic’ basis that reflects the areas where the pupils live within the school’s 8.5km catchment area.

  • Allan Boys and Allan Girls represent the Staplehurst and Goudhurst areas.
  • Horsley Boys and Horsley Girls come from the Sandhurst and Hawkhurst region in the main.
  • Webster Boys and Webster Girls usually live in the immediate vicinity of Cranbrook itself. (These pupils can normally walk to school if their fitness is up to it!)

Please view the downloads section for information regarding each individual day house.
