Welcome to Cranbrook School
schoolhousefrontCranbrook School is a voluntary aided non-denominational boarding and day co-educational state grammar school catering for pupils in the top 25% of the ability range aged from 13 to 18. Boarding is offered on a flexible or termly basis.

Today, Cranbrook School is well known in the South East, with its population of some 720 pupils aged between 13 and 18 (Years 9 to 13 in the National Curriculum). It is fully co-educational (400 boys, 320 girls) and has 240 boarding places for boys and girls.

There are 300 Sixth Formers (Years 12 and 13) following four or five 'AS' Level courses, leading to at least 3 A2 Levels in Year 13. As a school within the state maintained sector, no tuition fees are payable, and day pupils naturally attend free, as in any local authority school.

FEES
Boarding fees are charged by the Governors of the School. They are currently £3,450 per term for boarders from aged 13 - 16. Sixth Form boarders are charged £4,140 per term.  Fees are payable termly in advance.
