How to Book

Tickets can be paid for by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. Cheques should be made payable to Cranbrook School Trading Account. We do not accept American Express.

Card payments can be accepted over the phone or in the Queen's Hall Administrator's office at Cranbrook School.

Terms and Conditions
Provisional telephone reservations will be held for 7 days, or until 1 day before the performance when booked within 7 days of the performance date. All reserved tickets must be paid for prior to the performance date as outlined.

Tickets once paid for are non-refundable or transferable.

Concessions, if available, are offered for senior citizens, students in full-time education, and registered disabled customers. Concessions may vary with individual productions.

Seating is all unreserved (unless otherwise stated)

We have wheelchair access to the auditorium.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission to the theatre, or to ask customers to leave during a performance.

Latecomers will only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.

No cameras or recording devices of any kind will be permitted at any performance without the prior written permission of the management.

Mobile phones and pagers must be switched off for the duration of the performance.

Even in silent mode mobile phones can interfere with wireless microphone systems.

No food or drink is to be taken into the auditorium, with the exception of water in plastic containers

Parking
There is ample car parking on site. The main school car park is on Barham Drive which is off Waterloo Road to the right of the Queen's Hall Theatre. The car park is up the hill at the top of the drive next to the sports hall. Alternatively there is a public car park close by opposite the bottom of Waterloo Road.

The rain held off just long enough for Speech Day to be celebrated in style with drinks and canapés on the Gym Lawn after the prize-giving service in St Dunstan’s Church.

During the Spring Term the Healthy School team ran an Inter-House Recipe Competition.  Students were invited to submit their own recipes, all with a healthy slant.
